This is a painting of the Mirador de San Cristóbal, a scenic viewpoint in the Albaicín district of Granada, Spain. Less crowded than the more well-known Mirador de San Nicolás, this stone lookout next to a church provides incredible views of the Alhambra, the Sierra Nevada mountains, and countless historic walls and buildings.

We visited Granada in December of 2017.
